AI adoption for small business ยท Western Kentucky

Practical AI, forged for the way your business already works.

New Era Forge is a founder-led consultancy that helps nontechnical small and mid-sized businesses figure out where AI genuinely helps, then builds it: usually a conversational assistant that answers the questions your staff and customers ask all day.

What we do

All services
  • AI readiness

A plain-language look at your business: which tasks are repetitive, which questions get asked over and over, and where an AI assistant would pay for itself. You get a short written plan, not a sales deck.

  • Conversational AI agents

We build assistants that know your business: your hours, your inventory, your process, your tone. They answer customers and staff, hand off to a person when they should, and stay inside the lines you set.

  • Adoption, not just installation

A tool nobody uses is a cost. We train the people who will use it, set up the guardrails, and stay available while it beds in.

From the workshop

New Era Forge is also a workshop. These are things we have built and put online for anyone to use. They show the kind of work we do, and some of them are genuinely useful on their own.

Who is behind this

New Era Forge is run by Bryant Harrison, an engineering educator with a background in CAD, CNC machining, 3D printing, robotics and manufacturing. The forge in the name is not a metaphor he borrowed; it is where he comes from. More about the founder and the name.
